Small group training
Small group training at VICTOR allow you to reach your goals while training with a team of like minded people. We offer strong(hu)man small group sessions as well as sessions for overall physical preparedness. So whether you are planning to do a strongman competition, or want to be ready for the zombie apocalypse, our small group sessions can get you there!
Bootcamps
Bootcamps are our largest group sessions. We program these sessions to be full body workouts, suitable for any fitness level. So no matter if you have been sedentary for a long time, or already pretty fit, our Bootcsms are challenging and fun!
Semi private training
In our semi private sessions, your coach writes you an individualized program to reach your goals. There are up to 4 people in the session, all working on their own program. All the benefits from personal training but without the price tag.
Personal training
If you want our undivided attention, this is for you! Available in 30 or 60 minute sessions. We recommend this as a starting point if you have injuries we need to work around or build up some confidence in the gym.
Sports Massage
Stiff and sore? Lingering injuries? At VICTOR we offer sports massage. Great for relieving tension in tight muscles, prevent injuries or speed up recovery.

Many women often ask me how I train strongman and I reply - If you are a female athlete or new to strength sports, you need Simon - I have had the pleasure of being coached by Simon for close to 18 months. In this time I have seen dramatic improvements in my strength, overall fitness and mindset towards training goals.
Simon is a competitor himself, so he understands the attitudes of a strength athlete. His advice and support are appreciated when leading up to competition. Simon explains technique in ways that you can understand and never says “just do it this way”. If something isn’t working for the individual, he will modify to accommodate his client. Simon gets to know his clients and understands the unique challenges and opportunities female athletes face because he listens with patience and empathy and without judgement. I thoroughly recommend Simon as a coach to those who want to get serious about their training, want to improve their fitness or want to get into strength training.

We’ve been semi private training with Rex for more than one year. We both look forward to each workout because we know we’ll be challenged in one way or another and we are guaranteed to get a great workout to kick-off the weekend as we train Saturday mornings! Through Rex’s ongoing support and encouragement, we are both smashing goals that we once would have thought impossible! We’ve seen significant improvements in both our cardio fitness but also smashing strength PB’s! Dragging around a tyre can be tiring but the pun never stops with Rex!

I didn't want much - just to be able to carry the groceries, hang the washing out, walk up a set of stairs unaided. Fast forward 5 years and I can do all that and so much more. My mate John recommended I go and meet with Rex at Esteem Fitness. A single moment that (and I am not exaggerating) changed my life.
Rex does so much more than set a program or just train me. He gives me the time and space to foster my own personal drive, and inspires me to challenge my thinking. He knows his stuff and is very skilled at encouraging his clients to give their best.
Training with Rex, I am always learning and eager to get to the gym. I have gained so much confidence and strength. In case you are wondering, I recently deadlifted 173kg. Not too shabby for someone who used to cry at the thought of holding a couple of kilos or stepping up onto a box without having something to hold onto! I am excited to see where we go next - I will be training with Rex for a long time to come.
